The FSA analyzes agencies’ challenges, requirements, scorecards, purchasing vehicles, strategic goals, and more to develop solutions that support their needs. Monitoring federal guidance and regulations helps to strategically direct our partner’s resources. Research is conducted to determine which companies present “Strategic Solutions” that should assist agencies with their requirements. Engagement is conducted with partners who can help with strategic support. FSA then presents solutions to agencies, to assist with requirements and needs. Collaboration between the FSA, agencies and solution providers can be conducted, when strategizing to develop a solution will be helpful.
We understand that some agencies have similar needs. Frequently though, the processes vary on how agencies procure goods and services. Some agencies prefer to order using specific contracts, some use ordering platforms, some utilize internal stock systems, many focus on utilizing small businesses and there are many other options. The FSA strives to connect agencies with companies who can meet their specific requirements and provide a solution that aligns with their ordering preferences.
Our goal is to help agencies develop plans to execute the changes needed to be productive, assist with agency challenges/needs and to help quickly provide the products and services that are needed.
COVID-19 changed the method most federal agencies operate and forced many employees to adapt to a remote work environment. We have seen a recent trend with some employees returning to the office; agencies need to ensure their hybrid workforce is prepared to succeed. The Office of Personnel Management, the General Services Administration and other agencies provided helpful support guidance, during this transition phase, so teams are diligently working to implement efficient solutions. FSA and our team of best-in-class partners help agencies develop plans to execute the changes needed to be productive and to help ensure efficient connections between departments.
